SAY WHAT?!?

Apparently I can not ever ... NEVER.. sell any of my scrapbooking overstock.... there is a clause.. which I was emailed from Head office....
If I do not remove my items I will be filed with a lawsuit for $5000.00... really ... are you kidding me.... I no longer sell their products... I did not place my last QUALIFYING order so I de-activated... so how do they still have legal rights on me...

I searched online and found this from RIP_OFF REPORTS.

So I contacted every person who had a bid on my items with an apology and an explanation on why I will be closing the auction down....

so I guess I might be "gifting" my products to a friend... and she can do what she likes with them.... and maybe I will get a nice little gift from her for heading back to school!

I can't believe that I supported this company...
are all home business ones like this?
what do they expect me to do with this stock?.... it even says I can't sell the product because I am no longer a consultant!!!
I PAID for everything... its mine.. RIGHT?

on a good note
I have harvested some of the garden... and I have a sink full of green and yellow beans(and still loads more on the plants) I will move onto the peas tonight...

LOVE that the sun has taken over the rain

Oh my god that's just all kinds of suck. I wonder if your hubs could sell it on ebay?

lol that is where they found me...the only ebay account we have and emailed the account.. but I didn't know that I COULD NOT sell after I had de-activated!!!

I think I will get someone to loan me their account to set up all sales and see if I can set up the emails for those items to get to me somehow... because I had 56 items for sale and had not listed the stickers and some really old stuff...

I had hoped to have it all sold and boxed away before school started....

I also may ask a friend who is a lawyer if the threat would hold up in court...
