I have a bunch of raspberries and thought I would make a few things...
but with today being so nice we haven't really been in to bake... and my mixer is DEAD.... and so I am doing it pioneer style (by hand) my poor arm was begging for mercy after beating the eggs, sugar and sour cream together!
think I will need to borrow a friends in order to make a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake... I know I would not make it through that by hand!
or maybe I need to cash in some airmiles for this sweet treat!
